As a Fitness & Wellbeing Manager at our gym, you should have experience as a personal or fitness trainer, with management experience of a team of any size. You must be qualified to REPs Level 3 or CIMSPA Practitioner level and possess studio experience. A proven track record of increasing PT revenue and designing effective fitness programs for groups and individuals is essential.

As a Fitness & Wellbeing Manager, your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing a commercial role involving governance, sales, and major service delivery.
  • Reporting to the Programme Director and line managing the fitness team.
  • Organising and implementing class timetables.
  • Overseeing fitness programming, including studio classes and personal training.
  • Improving site standards and developing strategies to enhance team performance.
  • Supporting your team to achieve sales and KPI targets.
