As our Senior Systems Trainer, you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring our people have the knowledge, confidence, and capability to use our digital systems effectively across all service lines. You’ll lead the delivery of high-quality, blended learning solutions, support major system implementations, and drive behavioural change that enables colleagues to embed new ways of working. This is a senior, hands-on role where you’ll provide leadership, coaching, and expert guidance to our Systems Trainers, while representing the training function across key projects and stakeholder groups.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Training Leadership & Delivery: Leading the planning, coordination, and delivery of training for assigned systems and projects across all service lines. Acting as a senior escalation point for training related queries and challenges. Representing the training function in project meetings, governance sessions, and stakeholder forums.
- Stakeholder Engagement & Adoption: Engaging senior stakeholders to champion system adoption and drive behavioural change. Supporting colleagues in developing system comprehension and capability across business and clinical workflows. Identifying and resolving barriers to learning — both onsite and remotely.
- Learning Design & Support: Delivering blended learning solutions using a variety of methodologies and technologies. Providing post-implementation support to ensure effective embedding of new processes. Maintaining strong networks across service lines and promoting sustainable training practices.
- Quality & Standards: Collaborating closely with team members to ensure a seamless and consistent learner experience. Contributing to quality assurance activities and the development of training standards, materials, and resources.
- Leadership & People Development: Coaching and mentoring Systems Trainers to support their growth and performance. Providing line management support and helping onboard new team members. Sharing best practice and contributing to continuous improvement across the function.
- Professionalism & Culture: Championing organisational values and fostering a culture of openness, inclusion, and innovation. Maintaining your own professional development and supporting others to do the same. Acting as a role model for professional behaviour and learner-centred practice.
