Responsibilities
- Work across Inpatients and Outpatients with a range of musculoskeletal conditions and post-operative cases.
- Be part of a multidisciplinary team of nurses, AHPs and consultants, supported by a regional Clinical Lead.
- Help patients achieve, maintain and recover to their aspired level of health and wellbeing.
- Deliver excellent clinical care thatâs safe, effective, caring, wellâled and responsive to patients' needs.
- Be compliant with all governance standards and participate in clinical audit and quality assurance processes.
Qualifications
- Proven postâqualification clinical experience.
- Operational management experience within a healthcare setting.
- Financial management experience within a healthcare setting.
- Significant experience in physiotherapy delivery.
- Experience of working within a multidisciplinary team.
- Evidence of leadership within a team of healthcare professionals.
- Computer literate â able to use electronic patient record systems.
