Overview

Cambridge HSSU Hub | Sterile Services | Permanent contract | Part time

£25,598.23 pro rata; 22.5 hours per week to work Thurs/Fri and any other day required during the week including Saturday working.

Responsibilities

  • Collect and make deliveries to our customers.
  • Keep equipment & delivery vehicles in good working order and report any faults / defects.
  • Keep a clean, tidy work environment and identify stock issues as they arise.
  • Maintain accurate tachograph records and documentation.
  • Be flexible with your working hours (shifts operate between 4am and 9pm, Monday to Friday with varying times on Saturdays).

Qualifications

  • Full driving license with a C1 entitlement which allows you to drive rigid vehicles up to 7.5 tons GVW and hold a digital tachograph card.
  • A full Driver Qualification Card (CPC) is advantageous but full training is available.
  • As a Driver, you’re comfortable with manual handling and happy to move transport trolleys weighing upwards of 250kg.
  • Ideally you hold a driver digital tachograph card.
  • You’ll be a great ambassador for our unit and our customers’ first point of contact.
