Overview

Customer Service Advisor Nuffield Health The Holly Hospital | Buckhurst Hill, Essex | Admin | Bank Department open 8am-6pm flexible shift pattern Monday – Friday. You MUST be able to do various shifts within these hours. Saturday hours are 8am -1pm on rotation.

Responsibilities

  • Handle high volumes of incoming customer enquiries via the telephone
  • Provide customers with information regarding Hospital services and treatments ensuring all requirements/queries are dealt with effectively
  • Undertake bookings for the customers ensuring full adherence to GDPR
  • Ensure all customer interaction is undertaken in a timely manner
