Nuffield Health is Britain’s largest Healthcare Charity. We’re looking for someone with sound industry experience to assist our Programme Director in all areas of operations at our onsite Fitness & Wellbeing Club. In this prestigious corporate environment, you’ll help shape our club’s overall performance and strategic direction.
As an Assistant Programme Director at our Bank of America site, you’ll be dynamic and forward thinking with managerial experience, commercial awareness and a proven track record of achieving targets. You’ll have significant experience in a corporate fitness environment, good presentation and effective communication skills.
As an Assistant Programme Director, you will:
- Oversee the operational management of our facilities in London, Camberley and Dublin.
- Understand and manage the P&L with a good knowledge of budgets.
- Support the Programme Director in our client wellbeing agenda, developing key stakeholder relationships and ensuring their needs are met.
- Provide support and leadership to our fitness team.
- Prepare reports and presentations, including monthly reviews.
- Carry out marketing, event management, membership promotions, retention and outreach.
- Be responsible for the health and safety of all three sites.
