About the Role

As a Senior Physiotherapist, you will deliver high‑quality, evidence‑based clinical care to patients with musculoskeletal conditions and post‑operative needs. You will work collaboratively with nurses, allied health professionals and consultants, and you will be supported by a regional clinical lead and the management team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver high quality, effective clinical care.
  • Deliver excellent, evidence‑based, safe and caring care responsive to our patients’ needs.
  • Ensure on‑going monitoring of the standard of treatment provided.
  • Be compliant with all professional, clinical and integrated governance standards and participate in clinical audit and other quality assurance processes.

Key Qualifications & Experience

  • Hold a BSc in Physiotherapy or equivalent and be registered with the Health and Care Professions Council.
  • Demonstrate evidence of further professional training and ongoing professional development.
  • Be a confident communicator capable of engaging effectively with patients and the multidisciplinary team.
  • Show excellent rehabilitation skills and competence with the relevant IT tools.
  • Possess strong organisational and prioritisation skills to manage a varied workload effectively.
