What You’ll Do

  • Support the preparation of electrical engineering designs, calculations, drawings and technical specifications
  • Assist with maintenance delivery and operational support across electrical, mechanical, civil and process engineering teams
  • Participate in site surveys, commissioning activities and technical inspections
  • Support health, safety and compliance documentation in line with site and regulatory standards
  • Work with contractors and suppliers to support safe and effective delivery of electrical works
  • Contribute to continuous improvement, learning and professional development activities

Who We’re Looking For

  • A recent degree in Electrical or Electronic Engineering (BEng or MEng), or equivalent
  • A strong interest in working within a manufacturing or industrial environment
  • Good communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team
  • A methodical approach to problem‑solving and a strong attention to detail
  • A willingness to learn, develop and work safely on a live manufacturing site
  • Exposure to CAD software (e.g. AutoCAD or SolidWorks) and a solid grounding in engineering principles
