In the role of Inspection Coordinator, you’ll be integral to the success of our Engineering team. You will coordinate and manage all mechanical integrity inspections, ensuring statutory compliance of pressure systems, LEV, and compressed gas equipment. By managing third-party contractors, auditing inspection reports, and overseeing remedial actions, you’ll ensure Nufarm meets regulatory requirements while keeping operations safe and efficient. Your work will be central to protecting our people, assets, and operational reliability.

How You’ll Help Us Grow

  • Coordinate and manage all mechanical integrity inspections, working with third-party UKAS-accredited contractors.
  • Plan and schedule inspections in collaboration with planners, ensuring timely completion for shutdown and non-shutdown activities.
  • Audit contractor work, review inspection reports (DIFs), and manage follow-up actions to ensure compliance with industry standards (API 510, 570, 653).
  • Manage LEV and compressed gas inspection contractors and ensure timely completion of any remedial work.
  • Maintain inspection schedules and PMs in CMMS (Oracle) and ensure updates reflect changes in inspection frequencies.
  • Participate in MOC, RCA, Events, and UIRs as required.
  • Support the Asset Integrity Manager with additional tasks as needed to ensure operational and regulatory excellence.

Could This Be You?

We’re looking for a highly organised individual with a degree in Mechanical Engineering (B. Eng Hons) or equivalent, with strong knowledge of industry inspection standards and procedures. PCN Level 2 Mag, Dye, and UT experience are essential, along with a good understanding of CMMS systems. You should have a proven track record of coordinating inspections, auditing contractors, and managing compliance activities efficiently and safely. Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritise competing demands are required.
