The Role: Account Executive (UK) Your mission: Own the full commercial cycle selling into enterprise & strategic retail brands , with annual deal values between ÂŁ300k–£800k+. Key Responsibilities Source pipeline via outbound and inbound channels, targeting enterprise retailers Lead consultative sales cycles (typically 4–8 months) with senior stakeholders (CMOs, eCommerce Directors) Deliver compelling demos of AI personalisation tools in a retail context Build and negotiate commercial proposals, including pilots and long-term contracts Collaborate cross-functionally with Co-Founders, marketing, and customer success teams ️ Must-Haves 8–10 years in enterprise/ad-tech/MarTech sales, selling AI/technology solutions Proven track record selling into retail or luxury enterprise brands Executive presence to engage senior stakeholders; extremely polished Strong proficiency in consultative selling and navigating complex deals Nice-to-Haves French fluency (or bilingual) to support expansion in French-speaking markets Experience at a tech startup or high-growth SaaS/MarTech scale-up Why Join?
