We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Architect to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing innovative architectural solutions, managing project workflows, and collaborating with clients and contractors to bring visions to life. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse projects, from conceptual design to construction documentation, within a professional and creative environment.
Responsibilities
- Develop and present interior design concepts based on client briefs, including mood boards, concept designs, material boards, and FF&E schedules.
- Prepare and translate schematic designs into detailed technical drawings such as space planning, electrical, lighting, and furniture layout plans for execution.
- Liaise directly with clients to understand requirements, manage expectations, and obtain sign-off on design drawings and FF&E selections.
- Coordinate with procurement teams, site managers, contractors, suppliers, and specialist trades to ensure smooth sourcing and project execution within budget.
- Monitor on-site implementation to ensure work aligns with approved designs while providing leadership and guidance to the interior design team.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources through effective project management practices.
