We are looking for a Sales Assistant to join our Repair Shop in Soho. It's a full-time permanent position, with an immediate start date. You are expected to work approximately 30 hours/week, during both weekdays and weekends. Flexibility in regards to schedule is requested.
As a Sales Assistant, you are a part of the retail & e-commerce team. You are responsible for educating and informing customers on our products, policies, and ethos. The aim is to maximize sales and provide the best in class Nudie Jeans customer service.
Main responsibilities, but not limited to:
- Responsible for generating sales and providing excellent customer service.
- Work towards set goals and KPI’s.
- Repair and hemming service.
- Assisting with weekly deliveries.
- Ensure that our products are presented according to visual guidelines.
- Maintain an organized stock room.
- Manage the POS system and other applications.
Who you are:
- Result oriented and driven by exceeding customer expectations.
- Strong people skills. Easily develops relationships and networks.
- Non-prestigious and has a “can do attitude”.
- You get things done, whether it’s on your own or as a member of a team.
- Reliable and punctual.
- Able to work a flexible schedule including weekends.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Passionate about Nudie Jeans philosophy and our products.

The hourly rate for this position starts at a base level in line with London Living Wage and can increase depending on your experience in the fashion retail industry.
Our Nudie Jeans Repair Shop in Soho opened in 2013 on the corner of Berwick Street and D’Arblay Street. Among record shops, pubs, and restaurants, this was the very first Repair Shop — a concept that has since spread worldwide. It’s run by a team with different stories but the same denim devotion.
