We invest in our people and organically grow our nudge team so look for our SDR’s to be our Account Executives of the future! As an SDR, you'll drive new business growth across the US and UK by identifying, engaging, and building relationships with prospective clients. Using a strategic, multi-channel approach, you'll generate high quality opportunities, uncover business challenges, and create pipeline for our Account Executives. What you will be doing?
Things move fast at nudge, and we are always learning. This means we need to stay agile meaning the responsibilities of a role are never set in stone.

  • Own your pipeline across the US and UK through targeted, multi-channel prospecting.
  • Open doors with senior HR, benefits and business leaders, turning cold outreach into high-value commercial conversations.
  • Partner closely with Account Executives to progress opportunities, influence deal strategy and contribute to winning new business.
  • Work closely with Marketing to build and execute creative account-based outreach campaigns.
  • Actively test messaging, sequences and channels, and bring what's working back to the wider team.
  • Identify untapped opportunities, challenge conventional approaches and continuously test new ways to generate demand.
  • Become a trusted voice in workplace financial wellbeing, staying ahead of industry trends and market developments.
  • Play a key role in shaping nudge's growth trajectory while accelerating your own career in a high-performing commercial team.

Skills and experience

  • 1+ years' experience in an outbound sales environment. HR, benefits, or B2B SaaS background strongly preferred.

  • A naturally curious and commercially minded communicator who enjoys learning, uncovering business challenges, and developing expertise in your market.
