About the team

Our team is united by the shared purpose to create brighter financial futures for everyone, everywhere. The Product team here are responsible for shaping the future of our platform in close collaboration with our Technology team and the rest of nudge. You will be working in a cross‐functional group of designers, software engineers & content creators to develop new features that delight our clients & end users.

Role purpose

To help us define & build a financial education platform that improves the financial health of employees around the globe.

What will you be doing?

Things move fast at nudge, and we are always learning. This means we need to stay agile, meaning the responsibilities of a role are never set in stone.

Responsibilities

  • Define and communicate the product roadmap & plan for your area of the product
  • Gather and prioritise client & user needs and market requirements
  • Translate business requirements into clear product specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  • Work closely with engineering, design, and data teams to ensure high‐quality product releases
  • Manage the end‐to‐end product lifecycle from discovery and development to launch and iteration
  • Monitor and report on product performance using key metrics and user feedback
  • Identify opportunities to improve product usability, adoption, and retention
  • Facilitate agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives
  • Collaborate cross‐functionally to ensure alignment between product, marketing, and sales
  • Maintain awareness of industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging technologies

Skills and experience

To help you do all this, you will need:

  • 3–5 years of experience in product management
  • Proven track record of delivering successful products or features from concept to launch
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using data to inform product decisions
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies and cross‐functional team collaboration
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
