Nudge Education is seeking compassionate practitioners to deliver personalised 1:1 support to young people with SEN, SEMH or additional needs in community settings beyond traditional classrooms. You will build trusting relationships, monitor progress, complete risk assessments and collaborate with families, professionals and regional teams to create safe, engaging learning experiences.
