Nudge Education is seeking compassionate practitioners to deliver personalised 1:1 support to young people with SEN, SEMH or additional needs in a community setting beyond traditional classrooms.
You will build trusting relationships, monitor progress, report safeguarding concerns, complete risk assessments, and work with families, professionals, and regional teams, with flexible hours starting from three days a week and pay of £16–£25 per hour.
