Nudge Education Limited is seeking compassionate practitioners to deliver personalised 1:1 support to young people with SEN, SEMH or additional needs in a community-based setting. You will deliver tailored intervention sessions, build trusted relationships, monitor progress and report safeguarding concerns.
The role requires driving to sites, flexibility on location, and a commitment to at least three days per week to provide stability for our learners.
