Nudge Education is seeking compassionate, creative practitioners to deliver personalised 1:1 and 2:1 support for children and young people with SEN, SEMH, and complex needs. This community-based role operates outside standard classrooms, allowing you to design learning experiences tailored to each student.
You will work independently in the community, travel between sessions, and collaborate with families and multi-disciplinary teams to ensure safety, engagement, and progress.
