At Nudge Education, we support children and young people who are disengaged from education through tailored mentoring and interventions that help them reconnect, rebuild confidence, and thrive. About the Role We are looking for compassionate and adaptable practitioners to deliver personalised 1:1 support to young people with SEN, SEMH, or additional needs. This is a community-based role, working beyond traditional classrooms to create safe, engaging, and meaningful learning experiences. You will: Deliver tailored intervention sessions Build positive and consistent relationships with young people Monitor progress and report safeguarding concerns Complete risk assessments and maintain accurate records Work collaboratively with families, professionals, and regional teams Who We’re Looking For You may come from education, youth work, healthcare, social care, coaching, uniformed services, or other people-focused backgrounds.
