We are seeking a Finance Administratorto join our Finance team based in our Newcastle Head Office.
MainAccountabilities:
- Contribute to the effective running of the finance department.
- Support the Finance Lead in processing, analysing and reporting on financial data.
- Process accounts payable and receivable paperwork within agreed timescales.
- Communicate with internal and external stakeholders on a range of financial matters.
- Show diligence in monitoring financial compliance in line with organisational policy and legislative guidelines.
Requirements:
- High proficiency with Google sheets and/ or Excel.
- Experience with XERO, Enwis (Tegos), or similar accounting software.
- Understanding of basic financial functions such as invoicing, payroll and expenses software.
- Relevant accounting qualification such as AAT, SAGE or similar (desirable).
