Nudge Education is a community-based role delivering personalised 1:1 and 2:1 support for children and young people with SEN, SEMH, and complex needs. You’ll work outside standard classrooms with creative, trauma-informed approaches to learning.
This role requires empathy, resilience, and the ability to build trust with disengaged learners, traveling between sessions and collaborating with families and specialists to achieve individual goals.
