Nudge Education Limited is seeking compassionate practitioners to deliver personalised 1:1 support to young people with SEN, SEMH, or additional needs in community settings.
You will build trust, monitor progress, and work with families and professionals to create safe, engaging learning experiences while reporting safeguarding concerns and completing risk assessments. Availability: three days per week, typically 12-3, with driving to locations as needed.
