Nudge Education is seeking compassionate, creative practitioners to deliver personalised 1:1 and 2:1 support for children and young people with SEN, SEMH, and complex needs in community settings, homes, or online. This role offers autonomy outside traditional classrooms with the freedom to tailor learning to each student.
You will work with families and regional teams, building trauma-informed relationships, monitoring progress, and safeguarding while contributing to a supportive, flexible team.
