Nudge Education Limited is seeking compassionate and adaptable practitioners to deliver personalised 1:1 support to young people with SEN, SEMH, or additional needs in community settings beyond traditional classrooms. You will deliver tailored intervention sessions, build trusting relationships, and work with families and professionals.
This role requires at least two years’ relevant experience, a full UK driving license, and availability at least three days per week.
