Nude Lucy is looking for an Assistant Manager to join the team at our new store opening in Doncaster! Are you ready to start the new year with an exciting career change? Nude Lucy is seeking a passionate, experienced Assistant Manager to lead our team at the upcoming store in Doncaster. As Assistant Manager, you will be at the forefront of our brand, inspiring your team to deliver exceptional customer experiences and showcase our exclusive & stylish collections. Responsibilities Include:
- Lead by example to set management expectations across your team
- Manage in-store employee relations, including grievances and performance management
- Train, mentor, and coach team members towards goals and succession planning
- Problem solving and providing solutions
- Produce and analyze financial reports, such as payroll reports
- Roster management and approvals
- Manage team (shop floor and back of house) to ensure tasks are completed efficiently
- Proactively manage loss prevention, including stock shrinkage
- Collaborate with the Visual Merchandising team to implement creative visions
- Ensure a safe, healthy, and positive work environment for all stakeholders
- Ensure all tasks are completed safely and in accordance with Safe Work Practices
