The role
The role is a core role within the business β harnessing and retaining our direct relationships with our accounts (university clubs) and their passengers. You will be customer-facing and will be at the front line of the company, representing our We Are NUCO brand in and out of the UK.
We typically have a full year cycle of different tasks throughout the year which keeps the role incredibly engaging whilst providing you with consistent professional development. This includes elements such as account management, promotion support, sales, event delivery and customer service. You will be the main point of contact for the specific accounts that you are responsible for, booking them into their chosen resort and taking them through the process of promotion of their trip through to launching for their passengers. You will be deployed to ski resorts across the ski season (typically France or Andorra) to deliver resort weeks for hundreds of passengers to the highest standard.
You will play a key part in mobilising our university student audience and engaging in everything that is the UK Student Snowsports scene. You wil be the voice of our accounts and passengers internally and will have the ability to be part of key influential decisions of the student brand. This is a highly visible role, responsive and driven by authentic relationships working with a diverse range of stakeholders.

Working hours
Your main contracted hours will be 37.5 hours per week based in our South Manchester office. Working hours may vary depending on the requirements of the company such as working abroad whilst part of the delivery team.

Your responsibilities would include
- Establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with an exciting client base of group leaders mainly from University Snowsports Clubs. You will be the main point of contact and responsible for being the facilitator for all their contact with NUCO.
- Assisting with group accounts throughout the year from sales, operation and logistics to customer service and events, ensuring all contractual obligations are delivered to the highest standards.
- Confidently selling and promoting ski holidays and/or experiences with integrity and transparency. This includes being able to comfortably speak publicly in presentations and online pitches.
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience for all clients.
- Ensure client success by nurturing and supporting your clients with effective sales strategy, promotional support, resource and performance assessments.
- Management of large-scale overseas events and large teams of delivery staff.
- Working alongside other departments such as our Customer Experience and Operations teams to ensure the smooth delivery before, during and after a trip.
- Keeping on top of all of your clients\β activity and ensuring they always have what they need when they need it, to do their very important work.
