Duties
Performing carpentry responsive maintenance on social housing properties
Hanging doors, fixing skirtings, architraves etc.
Driving and taking good care of provided company van
Use of PDA to upload documents and sign completed jobs
Liaising with planning team re/ jobs
Greeting tenants in a friendly manner
