We are currently recruiting for an experienced Gas Service & Breakdown Engineer on behalf of one of our leading Social Housing clients covering the SE & SW postcode areas. This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established contractor offering long-term, stable work, a local patch and excellent earning potential through overtime and call out.
The Role:
- Service, maintenance and breakdown of domestic gas appliances
- Working within occupied social housing properties
- Covering the N & EN postcode areas
- 10–12 jobs per day via PDA
- Monday to Friday role
- Participation in a 1 in 4 call out rota
- Delivering high levels of customer service and first-time fix rates
Salary & Package:
- Up to £42,000 basic salary (depending on experience & qualifications)
- Overtime available
- Company van & fuel card supplied
- 20 days holiday + bank holidays
- Stable PAYE employment
- Ongoing, long-term work

Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years post-qualification experience
- Proven experience within social housing
- Full ACS qualifications including:
- CCN1
- CENWAT
- CKR1
- HTR1
- Strong fault-finding and diagnostic experience
