We are currently recruiting for an experienced Electrician to join a growing team covering North and East London. This is a permanent position offering a competitive salary, a company van, and a fuel card.
The Role
You will be responsible for carrying out a variety of electrical works across domestic and communal properties, ensuring all work is completed safely and to a high standard.
Duties Include:
- Electrical testing and inspection.
- Carrying out remedial works following EICRs.
- PAT testing.
- Electrical maintenance and repairs.
- Working within communal areas of residential buildings.
- Diagnosing and rectifying electrical faults.
- Completing all certification and job paperwork accurately.
- Ensuring compliance with current electrical regulations and health & safety requirements.
Requirements
- JIB Gold Card (essential).
- 18th Edition Wiring Regulations.
- Testing & Inspection qualification (2391, 2394/2395 or equivalent preferred).
- Experience carrying out remedial works and electrical testing.
- Experience working in communal and residential environments.
- Full UK Driving Licence.
- Strong communication skills and a professional attitude.
