We’re looking for a proactive, highly motivated, professional and friendly Driver Labourer to join our client's Planned Works team on a temp-perm basis, working across a wide geographical area including Yeovil, Somerset and surrounding locations.
About the Role
You’ll be part of a team delivering planned kitchen and bathroom installations across multiple properties. The role involves a mix of driving, material handling, basic building support tasks, and assisting trades operatives on site. You will also act as a key representative of the organisation, providing excellent customer service and ensuring a positive experience for residents at every property you attend.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out material collections and deliveries across sites
- Complete rubbish removals and general site clearance
- Support operatives with kitchen and bathroom rip-outs
- Assist with basic repairs and finishing works such as:
- Tiling and grouting
- Panelling
- Minor repair tasks
- Ensure all works are completed efficiently, safely, and to a high standard
- Follow all Health & Safety policies and statutory requirements
- Communicate clearly with customers regarding work progress
- Represent the organisation professionally as a customer-facing operative
