We are currently looking for a skilled Service & Breakdown Engineer to cover Wrexham on behalf of one of our leading Social Housing Contractors! If you’re a Gas Engineer who takes pride in doing the job properly, wants steady work close to home, and values a company that supports its team, this is the role for you.
Responsibilities:
- Completion of Annual gas servicing & heating repairs working to health & safety guidelines, safe working practices, operational procedures, gas safety regulations and specifications.
- Must be available for out-of-hours call-outs on a rota basis.
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and safety.
- Be flexible in working with a wide range of customers, adapting to their needs and schedules.

Requirements:
- Previous social housing experience (minimum 3 years).
- Qualified in Gas for a minimum of 5 years.
- A full UK driving license.
- Excellent customer service skills with experience working with the public.
- A solid understanding of gas legislation and regulations.
- Recognised formal qualifications (NVQ Level 2 or equivalent) (desirable).
