The predicted salary is between 28 - 28 £ per hour.
Supervise void property maintenance works across social housing properties in the Finsbury Park area.
- Manage day-to-day activities of operatives, ensuring works are completed safely, efficiently, and to the required quality standards.
- Coordinate trades, monitor progress, and ensure properties are completed within agreed timescales.
- Carry out regular site checks and ensure compliance with health and safety procedures.
- Liaise with internal teams, contractors, and customers to support the smooth delivery of void works.
- Ensure all works meet company standards, contractual requirements, and relevant regulations.
Requirements:
- Previous experience working as a Voids Supervisor within social housing or property maintenance.
- Valid SSSTS or IOSH Managing Safely qualification (minimum requirement).
- Where a trade or management qualification is held, evidence must be provided.
- Strong knowledge of housing maintenance, void processes, and health and safety requirements.
