We are currently recruiting for an experienced Service & Breakdown Gas Engineer to join a growing team covering Sutton, Croydon and Merton. This is an excellent opportunity for engineers looking to maximise their earnings while benefiting from a guaranteed basic salary, uncapped bonus potential, and genuine career progression.
Engineers work on a Schedule of Rates (SOR), offering uncapped earning potential, with realistic on-target earnings of £60,000 - £70,000.
THE ROLE
You'll be responsible for servicing, diagnosing faults, and repairing domestic gas appliances and heating systems across residential properties. You'll be supported by an experienced planning team to ensure your workload is efficiently scheduled, reducing unnecessary travel and allowing you to focus on delivering a high-quality service.
SALARY & BENEFITS
- Basic salary of £40,000
- Uncapped earnings through a Schedule of Rates (SOR)
- Realistic OTE of £60,000 - £70,000

REQUIREMENTS
- Previous experience as a Domestic Service & Breakdown Gas Engineer
- Previous Social Housing experience
- Current ACS qualifications (CKR1 & HTR1 required)
- Full UK driving licence (clean preferably)
