- Role and Responsibilities
- Electrical repairs, maintenance, inspections & testing in residential properties
- Complete planned works, EICRs, testing & certification
- Diagnose and resolve faults, aiming for first-time fixes
- Communicate with tenants and coordinate with other trades
- Follow health & safety procedures
- Complete reports and certificates via handheld device
- Participate in emergency call-out rota
- Maintain company vehicle and support apprentices when required
Requirements
- NVQ Level 3 Electrical Installation (or equivalent)
- City & Guilds 2391 Inspection & Testing
- 18th Edition
- Social housing/domestic electrical experience
- Full UK driving licence
- Able to work independently and manage workload
