Resident Liaison Officer
The Role
We are looking for an experienced Resident Liaison Officer to support residents throughout housing maintenance and refurbishment works in Sheffield.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the main point of contact for residents throughout works.
- Keep residents informed about upcoming works, access requirements and timescales.
- Arrange appointments and manage resident access.
- Deal with queries, concerns and complaints professionally.
- Liaise with contractors, site teams and housing management.
- Carry out resident visits and provide regular updates.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure resident issues are followed up.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Resident Liaison Officer or similar role.
- Experience within social housing, repairs, maintenance or refurbishment.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Confident dealing with residents and contractors.
- Good organisational and administration skills.
