Nuco Solutions are currently recruiting for a Scheme Cleaner on behalf of a well-established Housing Association. The Role
As a Scheme Cleaner, you will be responsible for maintaining communal areas to a high standard while providing a friendly and professional service to residents.
Key responsibilities include:
- Cleaning and maintaining communal areas within residential schemes
- Ensuring shared spaces remain clean, tidy, safe, and welcoming
- Identifying and reporting any maintenance issues or health and safety concerns
- Building positive relationships with residents and responding professionally to queries or feedback
- Using handheld technology to record completed work and update tasks
Requirements:
- Takes pride in delivering high standards of cleanliness
- Has excellent attention to detail
- Enjoys working independently and managing their own workload
- Has good communication and customer service skills
- Is reliable, organised, and proactive
- Holds a full UK driving licence and has access to your own vehicle (essential)
