Salary: £36,000 - £39,000 per annum

About the Role
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Multi Trader to join a well-established contractor delivering responsive maintenance works across social housing properties throughout Manchester.
This is a permanent opportunity offering a competitive salary, company van, fuel card, and long-term career progression.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out day-to-day repairs and maintenance in occupied and void social housing properties.
- Complete a variety of trade works to a high standard, including:
- Carpentry
- Plumbing
- Basic Plastering
- Tiling
- Painting & Decorating
- Patch repairs
- Diagnose faults and complete repairs on the first visit where possible.
- Deliver excellent customer service while working within occupied homes.
- Ensure all work is completed safely and in line with company procedures.
- Accurately complete job sheets using a handheld device.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Multi Trader within social housing, repairs or property maintenance.
- Strong skills across multiple trades with a core trade qualification desirable.
- Experience working in occupied properties.
- Full UK Driving Licence.
- Ability to work independently and manage your own workload.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
