Nuco Solutions are currently recruiting for an experienced Resident Liaison Officer to support a busy retrofit and home energy improvement programme across social housing properties in Redditch, Warwick and Leamington. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong customer service and tenant liaison experience within the social housing sector.

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Acting as the main point of contact for residents throughout works
  • Keeping tenants informed before, during, and after planned works
  • Managing appointments, access arrangements, and resident queries
  • Supporting site teams to ensure excellent customer satisfaction
  • Handling complaints and resolving issues professionally
  • Maintaining accurate records and communication logs

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Resident Liaison Officer within social housing
  • Experience working on retrofit, planned works, or energy improvement projects preferred
  • Asbestos Awareness certificate required
  • Full UK driving licence and own vehicle essential (mileage paid)
