Nuco Solutions are currently recruiting for an experienced Plumber/Multi Trader to join a well-established client delivering maintenance services within the social housing sector across Wandsworth and Richmond. This is a permanent opportunity.
Role and Responsibilities
You will be carrying out day-to-day repairs and maintenance within occupied social housing properties. The role requires a strong background in either carpentry, plumbing or wet trades alongside general multi-trade skills.

- General plumbing repairs and maintenance in social housing properties

Requirements
- NVQ qualification in a relevant trade (or equivalent)
- Strong plumbing skills
- Proven experience working in social housing (essential)
- Full UK Driving Licence (essential)
