We are looking for an experienced Subcontract Electrician to join a busy maintenance team carrying out electrical works associated with damp and mould remediation across South East and South West London.
The Role
- Carry out electrical works within occupied and void social housing properties.
- Install and replace extractor fans and ventilation systems.
- Complete electrical remedial works identified during damp and mould inspections.
- Carry out fault finding, repairs and minor electrical upgrades.
- Complete testing and inspection following electrical works.
- Undertake general maintenance and electrical works within void properties.
- Complete required certification, job sheets and reports.
- Work professionally within residents' homes, maintaining a clean and tidy environment.
- Liaise with residents, contractors and management to ensure works are completed efficiently.
Requirements
- Fully qualified Electrician.
- 2391 Testing & Inspection qualification – essential.
- Experience with damp and mould works, extractor fans and remedials preferred.
- Social housing maintenance experience advantageous.
- Own van required.
- Full UK driving licence.
- Able to work independently and manage a daily workload. xgikmsk
