Key Responsibilities * Coordinate marketing activities, social media and company communications. * Create engaging content, including newsletters, case studies and project updates. * Support the delivery, monitoring and reporting of social value initiatives. * Assist with bid and tender submissions, including social value proposals and supporting documentation. * Build relationships with housing associations, local authorities and community stakeholders. * Promote company achievements, community projects and contract successes. * Maintain marketing materials, records and performance reports. Experience * Experience in marketing and communications. * Previous experience in social value delivery or coordination. * Knowledge of housing associations and local authority contracts. * Experience supporting bids and tenders. * Excellent communication, organisational and written skills. * A proactive approach with strong attention to detail. * A full UK driving licence
