About Us
We are a leading M&E maintenance contractor delivering high-quality building services across commercial and residential portfolios. Our Security & Access Control division specialises in access control, door entry, CCTV, and integrated security solutions. Due to continued growth, we are looking to recruit a highly organised and proactive Technical Administrator to support the smooth running of the department.
The Role
This is a key position within our Security & Access Control team, acting as the first point of contact for administrative duties and enquiries. You will play an essential role in supporting contract managers, supervisors, engineers, and clients while ensuring the efficient coordination and administration of works.
Key Responsibilities
- Acting as the first point of contact within the Security & Access Control team for all administrative enquiries
- Raising and issuing subcontractor orders and purchase orders
- Creating quotations and processing variations
- Assisting with compiling Operations & Maintenance manuals
- Allocating workstreams to operatives
- Checking timesheets and tracking systems
- Accessing client portals to upload job-specific documentation
- Assisting with Resident Liaison Officer (RLO) letters to residents and scheme managers
- Supporting contract managers and supervisors with day-to-day administrative tasks
- Attending weekly operations meetings with clients to support contract managers
- Producing KPI reports for review prior to client submission
- Authorising subcontractor invoices, checking paperwork and reports against job records
- Carrying out daily job verifications
- Reviewing engineer job reports
- Ensuring all work is completed to company standards
- Carrying out any other reasonable duties as required

- Have strong written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrate financial awareness and an understanding of value for money
- Possess good negotiation skills
- Be confident working independently as well as part of a team

- Have the ability to implement and improve administrative processes
- Experience within the security, access control, M&E, or maintenance sector would be advantageous but is not essential.
