- Role Responsibilities - Installation Engineer
- Carry out domestic boiler replacements and installations across social housing properties.
- Complete full central heating installations, including boilers, radiators, pipework and heating controls.
- Work on a mixture of boiler swaps, heating upgrades and full system installations.
- Remove existing boilers and heating equipment and install new systems to a high standard.
- Complete pre-installation checks and assess existing heating systems.
- Carry out any necessary remedial works and adjustments during installation.
- Commission boilers and heating systems on completion.
- Complete all relevant gas safety checks, certification and paperwork.
- Work in occupied properties while maintaining a clean, professional and respectful approach.
- Ensure all installations comply with Gas Safety Regulations, manufacturer instructions and company procedures.
- Manage your daily workload efficiently while maintaining high standards of workmanship and customer service.
- Cover Harrow and surrounding areas as required.
- Ideal Candidate
- Valid ACS and relevant domestic gas qualifications.
- Gas Safe Registered.
- Full UK Driving Licence.
- Previous experience carrying out domestic boiler installations.
- Experience with full central heating installations.
- Strong understanding of current gas safety and installation requirements.
- Social housing experience is highly advantageous.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Able to work independently and manage a daily workload effectively.
