As a Service Engineer, you will

  • Carry out annual boiler servicing and landlord gas safety checks across social housing properties
  • Complete planned maintenance visits in line with compliance and safety standards
  • Ensure all appliances are operating safely and efficiently in accordance with Gas Safety regulations
  • Record and update job information accurately using company systems
  • Identify and report any additional defects or follow-up work required during service visits
  • Maintain high standards of workmanship, safety, and customer care at all times
