Nuco Solutions are recruiting an experienced Working Supervisor to join our client's responsive maintenance operation delivering essential repairs across occupied social housing.

Role and Responsibilities- Leading operatives on responsive and urgent maintenance works
- Supervising repairs in occupied domestic properties
- Managing in-day replanning, follow-on works, and urgent issues
- Ensuring Health & Safety, compliance, and quality standards are met at all times
- Driving right-first-time delivery in a KPI-driven environment
- Using job management systems to manage work orders and performance
- Acting as the on-site lead — confident, professional, and resident-focused
- This is a working supervisor role — you’ll lead from the front, not from behind a desk.
- SSSTS (minimum) – SMSTS desirable
- Valid CSCS Supervisor Card
- Trade qualification (City & Guilds / NVQ Level 2 or 3)
- Proven experience as a Working Supervisor / Working Foreman in responsive maintenance
- Strong experience working in social housing
- Solid understanding of Health & Safety legislation and safe systems of work
- Comfortable working to KPIs where quality and resident satisfaction are critical
- Experience using CAFM systems (e.g. Maximo, Optimise)
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Eligible for, or already holding, Security Clearance (SC)
- Background in social housing, MOD, local authority, or government contracts
- Multi-trade experience with strong diagnostic ability
- Experience working in secure or high-compliance estates
- £45,000 salary
- Permanent, full-time role
- Monday to Friday working hours
- Long-term, stable contract work
