We are currently looking for a skilled Service & Breakdown Engineer to cover Portsmouth on behalf of one of our leading Social Housing Clients!

THE ROLE

Package Overview

  • Salary: £40-45K basic (DOE)
  • Enhanced rates for ECO & OOH
  • Area of work: Portsmouth
  • Carry out servicing and remedial repairs to gas fired heating boilers within occupied and unoccupied properties.
  • To meet the requirement and expectations of the Client or his/her representative in accordance with the Clients detailed specification, in a timely fashion and in compliance with current gas legislation.
  • 45 hours per week
  • Call out rota: 1 in 6 days
  • Life assurance
  • 28 days holiday including bank holidays - rises by 1 day each year of service to a maximum of 33

  • Van and fuel card provided
  • Analyser, uniform, phone and PPE all provided

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years qualified in Gas
  • Previous Social Housing experience
  • Full relevant ACS - including CKR1 and HTR1
  • Availability Monday - Friday
  • Clean DBS
  • Clean Driving License (preferred)
