We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced and skilled Gas Engineer. The role will require you to carry out day to day repairs, fault finding and annual servicing to domestic social housing properties for one of our leading clients covering Hertfordshire.
Role Information
Service & Breakdown Engineer
Van, phone and fuel card provided
Call out 1 in 4 weeks
21 days holiday + Bank Holidays (increases by 1 for every 2 years served)
Average of 8 jobs per day
Monday to Friday, between 08:00am – 6:00pm, 1-hour unpaid lunch break
Carry out servicing and remedial repairs to gas fired heating boilers within occupied and unoccupied properties
To ensure that all work carried out complies with the relevant sections of the \’Health and Safety at Work Act\’ (risk assessment, asbestos awareness etc.)
What you Need
Experienced within social housing with a passion for completing a high quality repair on time and at the first visit.
You will have experience in a Gas Engineer role & will have experience in servicing, fault finding, breakdowns and repairs
Minimum of 5 years qualified in Gas
Minimum of 2 years social housing experience
As a minimum you should have the following competencies: CCN1, CENWAT, CKR1 & HTR1
