Role: Social Housing Maintenance Operative
Hours: 8am - 5pm (Monday - Friday)
Nuco Solutions are looking for an experienced social housing Wet Trader to work with their client in and around South London. Van and fuel card provided.
Duties will include:
- Plastering
- Render repairs
- Patch repairs
- Painting and decorating
- Tiling
- Damp and mould work
Requirements:
- Level 2 NVQ in relevant trade (or equivalent)
- Highly experienced in Wet Trades
- Social housing experience
- Experience of working as part of a team to meet targets
- Full UK Driving Licence
