My client is a leading housing association looking for an experienced social housing Multi trader to work on their properties in Eastleigh and surrounding areas. Van and fuel card included.
Duties will include:
- Plumbing, Carpentry, Tiling, Plastering etc.
- Liaise with customers and colleagues to ensure they are aware of progress and action being taken.
- Ensure all works comply with relevant health and safety legislations.
- Ensure work is completed on time.
- To use and apply a Schedule of Rates for jobs.
- Available to cover over time works when needed.
- Complete and maintain paperwork accurately.
Requirements:
- Wide variety of Multi Trade experience.
- Strong Plumbing and Carpentry skills.
- Experience working on void properties.
- Social housing/High volume works experience.
- UK Driving licence.
