We are currently recruiting for a Domestic install surveyor on a PAYE basis to join a prestigious company who consistently win new contracts throughout the UK. This role will entail quality control inspections being undertaken on Post and pre inspections for an outstanding installation team. Auditors will be required to review post and pre installations in domestic social housing properties. Pre installations * How much pipe work is needed. * How the flue needs to be terminated * Location of the boiler and if it needs to be relocated. * If any flooring needs to be removed * Any extra work needs to be done. Post installations. * check radiators and TRVs if installed. * Making sure lagging is completed correctly. * Check to make sure there is no damage to the walls. * Make sure the flue has been terminated correctly. * Turn up and ask tenant if engineer showed his ID / gas Safe Card if he was well presented and polite. The ideal candidate will possess: * ACS qualifications. As a minimum: CCN1, CENWAT (CEN1, WAT1), HTR1, CKR1 and CPA1 * Worked for prestigious companies in the domestic gas sector. * Detailed knowledge of gas appliances and central heating systems
